Stefanie Smith is the President of Launch into Boston. She graduated from Northeastern University with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Political Science in 2006. She worked at one of the top law firms in Boston for five years throughout college and after graduation, where she specialized in multimedia presentations for trials and other dispute resolutions. She is licensed to sell and rent real estate in Massachusetts.

Caitlin Marlotte is a consultant for Launch into Boston. She earned an MPA in policy analysis from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005, and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University-Bloomington. Caitlin provides marketing consulting to nonprofits and small businesses in the Boston area.

Jess Marra is an intern for Launch into Boston and writes a weekly blog about a college student's perspective on life after graduation. Jess is a sophomore at Boston University. She plans to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a minor in Advertising and a concentration in Marketing. Jess chose to attend a college in Boston to embrace all the city has to offer academically and culturally.
